Join Ravago Australia as a Customer Service Officer – Be the Backbone of Exceptional Service

We’re looking for a Customer Service Officer (CSO) to join our dedicated team and be the key link between our customers, sales team, and third-party logistics providers. If you're a detail-oriented, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values getting things “right the first time,” we want to hear from you.

What you’ll do:

• Own the full order-to-cash process: receive, process, and manage customer orders through to delivery and invoicing
• Respond to customer enquiries regarding orders, deliveries, returns, and stock
• Work closely with 3PL partners to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment
• Support the sales team with product availability, order updates, and inventory enquiries
• Manage returns, credit/debit notes, and invoice verification with accuracy
• Identify process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency

Your Skills and Attributes:

• Demonstrated experience in customer service or order fulfilment roles within in Logistics, Transport and/or Warehousing
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and customer focus
• Solid knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Understanding of freight and logistics (air, rail, ocean, road) is HIGHLY DESIRABLE
• Analytical mindset and keen attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, troubleshoot issues, and work collaboratively
• Enthusiasm, commitment and loyalty.
• Positive, friendly and outcome focused.
