The role
The Marketing Manager will form part of the Leadership Team and report to the CEO.
The role of the Marketing Manager is to engage with Business Unit Managers and CEO to review and implement the strategy for ALL marketing, communications and branding activities across the brands.
You will manage the internal employees as well as external agencies for digital media, IT/Web dev support and higher end creative tasks outsourced. This is still a hands-on role where you will be integral in the execution of marketing collateral.
We are looking for a highly capable professional that is excited by the science and psychology behind marketing with an analytical approach – while combining creativity and thinking outside the square.
You will drive strong ROI on ALL marketing investment through your technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives to drive growth across all businesses.
- Manage and optimise SEO, websites, and digital advertising to ensure strong online presence and lead generation.
- Create, launch, and monitor marketing campaigns from concept through to execution and performance analysis.
- Oversee social media platforms with a focus on brand voice, engagement, and community growth.
- Coordinate and manage events, sponsorships, and brand collaborations, including partnerships with external suppliers.
- Handle business proposals with clients to strengthen brand reputation.
- Strengthen media relations to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Maintain consistent brand identity and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Report on marketing performance, insights, and ROI to management.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Minimum 8-10 years’ demonstrated experience and success in B2C and B2B marketing (Ideally retail or e-commerce sector experience).
- Experience working across multiple brands or business units will be Highly Regarded.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media trends.
- Creative thinker with excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with external stakeholders, suppliers, and media.
- Hands-on, adaptable, and results-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Ideally you will have a strong interest in Bullion and/or Crypto.
