About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has opened for a Genuine All-Rounder PROFESSIONAL to join Ainslie Group in Brisbane.

The role sees the servicing of customers in person, by phone, and processing web orders for the selling and buying back of precious metals bullion and cryptocurrencies...... Additionally, the role helps in sales-related administration tasks daily.

Exceptional communication skills, a highly motivated attitude and willingness to learn are essential in this role. The right person will have a VERY high level of accuracy, a can-do attitude and a steadfast commitment to maintaining the utmost security and confidentiality.

 

Your skills and experience:

  • Demonstrated experience within Customer Service with a stable employment history.
  • Ideally experience or knowledge in gold, silver and cryptocurrency as investment assets
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and ability to follow set procedures and protocols.
  • Be self-motivated and have the ability to use common sense and initiative.
  • Sound computer skills including the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new tasks and processes quickly.
  • Must have a clean Police Record.
