The role

This position joins the Leadership Team, reports directly to the CEO of the business and heads Ainslie Bullion & Crypto Melbourne operations. 

With the support of the Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for the management of the Customer Service Consultants, Inventory Manager, and Reception. 

The Operations Manager ensures operational procedures for customer service, treasury and dispatch are in place and adhered to minimising risk and errors………and takes ultimate responsibility for sales, stock control and product innovation, ensuring sufficient supply of the right product, appropriately priced and marketed, and converted via a high performance customer focussed team to maximise commercial returns for the business as a whole. 

The position will work closely with others in the Leadership Team to collectively work to maximise commercial outcomes for the Group.

 

To be successful in this role, you will have: 

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ demonstrated management experience within the finance sector – Experience with bullion and Crypto Currency is preferred.
  • Demonstrated natural tendency to apply a Hands-On Leadership approach with willingness to be “on the tools” as required to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Exceptional negotiating and relationship building skills with high-net-worth clients.
  • Sound financial management, interpretation skills.
  • Strong Computer literacy.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, responsiveness and initiative.
