·         Working hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm (1hr lunch break) and 1 RDO per month !!

About the Role

Ongoing business growth means we are on the hunt for the next great team member to join the Connected Platforms team……an experienced Level 1 Support Technician.

 

You'll need a great can-do attitude, and love working directly with clients…..along with diligence, enthusiasm, willingness to go the extra mile, and desire to contribute to a team of professionals.

 

Show your skill and there is plenty of opportunity to grow within our team!

 

Focused on providing a high degree of customer satisfaction, technical expertise and time management, you will:

·         Provide desktop, server and network support

·         Hardware and software troubleshooting, testing and issue resolution

·         Projects - installs, upgrades and migrations.

·         Operate in a strict time frame to meet SLA's.

·         Outstanding customer service.

·         Work cohesively in a team focused technical environment.
