About the Role:

Continual business growth has created an exciting opportunity for an Estimating Assistant & Space Planner based in the Zillmere Head Office. We’re looking for a positive and flexible professional with 1-2 years’ experience OR a highly motivated & dedicated Interior or Building Design Graduate to join the team.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Design & plan office space and layouts.
  • Assist with quotes, project submissions & tenders.
  • Data management including price lists, product data, stock etc.
  • Work collaboratively and be part of a strong team culture.

 

Your skills and experience:

  • Strong skills with Microsoft Office Suite software – particularly Excel.
  • Experience in Sketchup or CAD is HIGHLY REGARDED but not essential.
  • Graphic Design Skills using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) will be HIGHLY REGARDED.
  • Exceptional attention to detail in a fast paced quick turn-around work environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Highly motivated, committed, team focused and reliable.
  • Proven ability to take ownership of delegated tasks with demonstrated initiative and time management skills.
  • A desire to be challenged and to expand your skill set.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise.
