Your daily responsibilities:

• Processing face-to-face and phone/email sales transactions
• Building and maintaining relationships with customers
• Stock merchandise and maintain store presentation
• Provide accurate information about specific products and features based on customer needs – Including upselling and cross selling where relevant
• Providing quotes and following up on quotes
• Dealing with customer queries/complaints and offering solutions

Your skills and experience:

• Demonstrated ability to learn new tasks and products quickly and to be flexible.
• High level of communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic with an excellent team and big picture focus.
• Positive, friendly and outcome focused.
• Be self-motivated and have the ability to use common sense and initiative.
• Hands-on “Doer” and “Finisher”.
• RELIABLE with a high level of integrity.
