The Role:

Right now, we’re on the hunt for an awesome SEASONED ALL-ROUNDER to be integral to the effective day-to-day running of CPO Architects office.

You will work closely with the 2 Directors to administer and coordinate ALL of their systems and processes (Office Organisation, Customer Service, Marketing, HR, Finance, QA/ Quality Management, Reconciling, Generating Reports…etc)……as well as providing the usual PA and administrative support.

We’re looking for a hands-on doer with initiative, strong organisational skills and has a genuine Big Picture focus and strategic intuition.

 

Your Skills and Attributes:

  • Demonstrated track record providing business support (Customer Service, Business Proposals, Marketing, HR, Finance, QA/ Quality Management…etc).
  • Experience in a professional services environment.
  • Previous experience providing PA/ EA support.
  • Ability to effectively and confidently communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, methodical approach and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and work autonomously.
  • Enthusiastic, driven and team focused.
  • A positive, flexible and responsive can-do attitude.
  • Taking responsibility for projects with a focus on the long term.
  • Strong computer and IT literacy skills (Databases, Word, Excel etc).
  • Basic experience with Xero to reconcile payments etc.
