• Experienced - you know your way around multiple development toolkits, continuous delivery platforms and know how to get the most out of them. You’re also a smart developer with plenty of coding experience.
• Microsoft technology exposure – you have experience maintaining & developing a suite of internal and external facing applications on Microsoft backend stack.
• Reliable - you can be depended on to get things done and can work independently and effectively as part of a team.
• Personable – you can engage in a variety of conversations with department heads, Leadership Team and external providers. You come across as professional but friendly and can inspire trust in yourself and our team.

Your technical skills and experience:

• At least 3+ years of broad developer experience, with at least 1 year with Microsoft backend stack
• Strong proficiency in C# programming language, .NET Core and .NET Framework
• Experience with ASP.NET MVC/Razor, Web API, and Entity Framework
• Strong Knowledge of SQL Server and database design
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (jQuery, Bootstrap)
• Proficiency with Visual Studio
• Experience using GitHub to manage code
• Strong focus on object-oriented programming principles
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• An innate “solutions” mindset with an ability to present creative options

Desirable Skills:

• Knowledge of unit testing and test-driven development
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
• Experience managing Microsoft Windows servers and hosting platforms
