The Role
Right now we’re on the hunt for a Warehouse Manager/ Supervisor who understands the need for QUALITY…..ATTENTION TO DETAIL……and is very much a HANDS-ON LEADER.
With a TEAM of 12 full-time warehouse/ delivery/ installation staff, and up to 15 casual staff……you will be responsible for coordinating the warehouse functions including dispatch, stock control, order processing & prioritisation, deliveries, fleet management, records management (stock, timesheets, fleet etc) and WH&S in a fast paced environment.
What We Provide:
• Full-Time Permanent role – Working Monday to Friday.
• Based at Zillmere – Work close to home.
• A base salary of $80-$90K plus Superannuation and Entitlements will be offered to the successful candidate dependant on experience.
What We Need from You:
• Minimum of 3 year's experience in a similar role
• Reliability, Exceptional Work Ethic and an understanding of the need for Punctuality and Efficiency.
• Highly process driven with proven ability to maintain the warehouse in an orderly manner and manage dispatch, stock control, order processing & prioritisation, deliveries, staffing and WH&S in a FAST-PACED environment.
• Proven ability to take ownership of tasks with demonstrated time management and staff co-ordination skills.
• WH&S focussed with ability to implement and oversee compliance.
• Demonstrated experience in a Warehouse Management/ Supervisory/ Team Leader role with a stable employment track record.
• Ability to maintain computerised records in an efficient and accurate manner.
• Experience in maintaining a small fleet of delivery vehicles will be Highly Regarded.
