About the Role:
De Groots are on the hunt for a motivated and experienced Wills & Estate Lawyer to join their dynamic team
You may be experienced across Estate Administration, Planning and Litigation……or perhaps you have experience in only some facets of Wills & Estate Law and you’re hungry to gain training across all components – training and mentoring is available.

Following an initial induction, flexible working arrangements may be available for you to combine working in the CBD Office and work from home.
Your skills and experience:
• Min 3/4 years PAE – Preferably 5 years plus
• Ideally demonstrated experience in end to end Estate Planning (including more complex cases), Estate Administration and Estate Litigation (if you have experience in some of these key areas and are willing to be trained in the other areas, then please still apply).
• Strong attention to detail while having a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional client focus with proven ability to genuinely listen and empathise with clients and ensure everyone is provided with a professional service
• Be self-motivated and have the ability to use common sense and initiative
• Ability to take instructions, be adaptable and have a flexible can-do attitude
• Enthusiastic & positive with an excellent TEAM and big picture focus
