And now Ainslie Group is expanding their services to include a retail site presence on the Gold Coast to ensure they deliver customer service excellence to their ever expanding client base.

The role

This position joins the Leadership Team, reports directly to the CEO of the business and heads Ainslie Bullion & Crypto Gold Coast operations. 

With this being a new start up location for the Ainslie Group, you will be a HANDS-ON Leader with an initial team of 3 Customer Service Consultants and a Reception/ Administration Assistant. You will work closely with the Brisbane based Inventory Manager and be hands on responsible for the gold and silver bullion stock. 

The Operations Manager ensures operational procedures for customer service, treasury and dispatch are in place and adhered to minimising risk and errors………and takes ultimate responsibility for sales and stock control, ensuring sufficient supply of the right product, appropriately priced and converted via a high performance customer focussed team to maximise commercial returns for the business as a whole. 

The position will work closely with others in the Leadership Team to collectively work to maximise commercial outcomes for the Group.

To be successful in this role, you will have: 

• Minimum 3-5 years’ demonstrated management experience within the finance sector – Experience with Bullion and Crypto Currency is preferred.
• Demonstrated natural tendency to apply a Hands-On Leadership approach with willingness to be “on the tools” as required to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
• Exceptional negotiating and relationship building skills with high-net-worth clients.
• Sound financial management, interpretation skills
• Strong Computer literacy
• Exceptional attention to detail, responsiveness and initiative.
• Must have a clean Police Record.
• MUST be willing to work in the Brisbane CBD based office for an initial 6 months for training purposes.
