The Role:
This is a versatile genuine all-rounder Finance/ Accounts Assistant role supporting all aspects - accounts payable/ receivable, reconciliations, payroll, BAS preparation, reporting and general support & record management. 

Your positive attitude, flexible approach and strong organisation skills will be key to your success, along with your attention to detail, initiative and outcome focus.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys variety.

Your skills and experience:
•    Minimum 3 years demonstrated experience with proven capability in accounts payable & receivable, payroll (payment summaries, leave entitlement calculations, superannuation), reconciliations, reporting and BAS.
•    Experienced MYOB operator.
•    Sound computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
•    Support the Managing Directors as required.
•    Proven time management skills with a highly organised approach.
•    Understand the need for urgency and ability to chase up on outstanding items to meet deadlines.
•    Exceptional attention to detail and focus on accuracy with strong data entry skills.
•    Demonstrated analytical skills and thoroughness.
•    Strong customer service skills, ethical standards and sense of loyalty.
•    Be self-motivated and have the ability to use common sense and initiative.
•    Work autonomously and within a team environment.
•    Enthusiasm, commitment and loyalty.
