Pure Catering provides event catering across Corporate Functions, Weddings & Special Occasions and Social Events…….as well as corporate catering, specialising in platters - sandwiches, fruit, salads, and more. 

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a diligent and organised Team Leader/ Supervisor to coordinate the production and packaging within the Sandwich section.

Your primary responsibilities will include providing oversight and direction to the team of 4 sandwich makers, managing the work order spreadsheets to plan stock requirements, hands-on packing for dispatch while quality checking and ensuring the order is complete, liaising with the Purchasing Officer with upcoming stock requirements, and liaising with the Dispatch Officer for timely delivery of orders to customers. 

Attention to detail and forward thinking is crucial to ensure orders are delivered with exceptional quality and in a timely manner.

Your skills and experience:
•    Ideally experience in the hospitality industry or within food production.
•    Demonstrated supervisory experience with a lead by example approach.
•    Experience using Excel spreadsheets.
•    Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
•    Excellent communication skills.
•    Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist in various tasks as needed.
