About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join our team. This role requires minimal supervision, making it ideal for a self-motivated professional with strong industry knowledge. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of conveyancing matters independently, ensuring smooth and timely property transactions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing conveyancing transactions from start to finish with minimal supervision
  • Preparing contracts, transfer documents, and settlement figures
  • Handling PEXA settlements and electronic conveyancing processes
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, real estate agents, and financial institutions
  • Ensuring compliance with the Conveyancing Protocol and relevant regulations
  • Assisting with additional tasks as required, including providing cover for sick or annual leave of the full-time conveyancing paralegal

 

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a conveyancing paralegal
  • Strong understanding of PEXA and the Conveyancing Protocol
  • Experience using LEAP software is highly desirable
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines
  • A proactive, client-focused approach
  • Enthusiastic & positive with an excellent team and big picture focus
