About You and the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual to join the Ozdoc team in Burleigh Heads. This entry-level role involves responding to basic client needs and the supporting in the growth of a team of client success managers.
You will work closely with all staff across multiple departments to efficiently handle client inquiries, provide quotes, follow up, and place orders. A strong customer service ethos and effective communication skills are essential, along with attention to detail, organization, a can-do attitude, and a drive to succeed. We are looking for a person with a growth mentality!
