About the Role:

You will be responsible for delivering a high standard of service to internal stakeholders and external suppliers, managing the full billing function, including Accounts Receivable and reconciliations, for transport supplier invoices.

Meticulous attention to detail and systematic approach are paramount to identify, investigate and resolve any discrepancies……in this fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Whilst your technical skills and knowledge are pertinent, it is your positive, dedicated and forward thinking and proactive approach that is critical. Your enthusiasm and desire to produce efficient and quality outcomes will ensure your fit within the business.

Your Skills and Attributes:

• Previous experience in companies involved in Logistics, Transport and/or Warehousing is advantageous.
• Proven technical capability across Accounts Receivable/Billing and reconciliations – Including identifying, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills with an appreciation of deadlines and cash flow.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a wide range of personalities to ensure efficient communication and work outcomes.
• Commercially savvy self-starter who is able to achieve a high level of efficiency and accuracy.
• Enthusiasm, commitment and loyalty.
• Positive, friendly and outcome focused.

Currently, Bulk Group utilise the following systems:

• MachShip (Freight Management System)
• M-Files (Document Management System)
• Salesforce (Customer Relationship Management System)
• MYOB (Business Management Software)
• MYOB ESS (Employee Self Service)

Preferred Experience:

• Familiarity with these systems is a plus, but not required
• Understanding of fuel levies and their application is an added advantage
