The Role:

Right now, we’re on the hunt for an awesome SEASONED ALL-ROUNDER to be an INTEGRAL contributor to Guymer Bailey Architects’ GROWTH and CONSTANT IMPROVEMENT vision.

You will work closely with the Brisbane Director has his “right hand” – to monitor and coordinate their projects throughout their implementation……as well as providing the usual PA and administrative support.

We’re looking for a hands-on doer with initiative, strong organisational skills and has a genuine Big Picture focus and strategic intuition.

 

Your Skills and Attributes:

  • Demonstrated track record in monitoring and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in a professional services environment with a stable employment track record.
  • Previous experience providing PA/ EA support.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with internal staff, management, clients and various external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, methodical approach and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and work autonomously.
  • Enthusiastic, driven and team focused.
  • A positive, flexible can-do attitude.
  • Dedicated and reliable.
  • Strong computer literacy skills (Databases, Word, Excel etc).
  • Experience with Project Management software will be highly regarded.
