About the Role:
This role provides all-round general Administration (Including Reception) Support to the Accountants and Directors – you will be responsible for a wide range of duties including:


•    Diary management and management of meeting rooms (including scheduling appointments & providing tea/coffee to clients);
•    Incoming & outgoing Mail;
•    Answering & forwarding incoming phone calls, including assisting clients with basic queries;
•    Liaising with government agencies (ATO & ASIC);
•    Data Entry;
•    Word Processing & Formatting;
•    General filing, photocopying & collation of documents; and
•    Ad-hoc administration/reception duties.

You will be working 3 full days each week – so it will be ideal for a current University Student…….or an experienced Receptionist wanting work-life-balance.

 

We’re looking for people with initiative, attention to detail and a flexible common sense approach, and are willing and able to take on any task that is required.

 

Your skills and experience:
•    Strong customer service skills, ethical standards, confidentiality, and sense of loyalty.
•    Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy.
•    Be self-motivated and have the ability to use common sense and initiative.
•    Ability to provide support to a team of professionals and to prioritise effectively.
•    Understanding of the importance of deadlines and ability to meet them accordingly.
•    Strong Microsoft Office skills - Word, Excel, & Outlook.
•    Experience with dealing online with ASIC and ATO will be advantageous.
•    High level personal presentation. 
•    Excellent team and big picture focus.
•    Demonstrated ability to learn new tasks quickly and to work autonomously.
