About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has opened for a Genuine All-Rounder PROFESSIONAL to join Ainslie Group in Melbourne in this NEWLY CREATED Entry Level role.
You will be trained and work across all areas of the business:
· First point of call (Front of House and Phones)
· Customer Service (Building rapport & relationships with regular clients; Responding to queries; Carrying items to vehicle; etc)
· General Administration (Office supplies monitoring & ordering; Updating security registers & generating reports; etc)
· Receiving/ Processing Payments
· Processing & Monitoring Deliveries/Freight (Incoming & Outgoing)
· Any additional duties to assist in the day-to-day operations as required
Exceptional communication skills, a highly motivated attitude and willingness to learn are essential in this role. The right person will have a VERY high level of accuracy, a can-do attitude and a steadfast commitment to maintaining the utmost security and confidentiality.
Your skills and experience:
· Demonstrated experience within Customer Service with a stable employment history (This includes casual employment within hospitality, retail etc).
· Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus.
· Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and ability to follow set procedures and protocols.
· Be self-motivated and have the ability to use common sense and initiative.
· Sound computer skills including the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
· Demonstrated ability to learn new tasks and processes quickly.
· Must have a clean Police Record.
