About the Role:
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing freight inquiries and providing a high level of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. You will liaise with customers, freight carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations, troubleshoot issues, and resolve discrepancies in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Problem-solving and issue resolution are key components of this role. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, comfortable navigating multiple systems simultaneously, and have front-line customer service experience.
Your Skills and Attributes:
- Previous experience in transport logistics and/or warehousing is advantageous.
- Strong customer service background, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- A positive, friendly, and outcome-focused mindset.

- Salesforce (Customer Relationship Management System)
