Are you a driven and experienced architect ready to lead projects and make your mark? We are seeking a talented Project Architect to join our dynamic Brisbane CBD-based team. In this role, you will take charge of exciting projects from concept through to completion, ensuring high-quality design and seamless project execution.

The Role:
As a Project Architect, you will oversee the full lifecycle of architectural projects, ensuring efficiency, timeliness, and budget adherence. You will coordinate across disciplines, manage resources, and ensure compliance with Australian building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards. Your expertise in risk mitigation and decision-making will be critical to project success.

Flexible working arrangements may be negotiated within the full-time role following the completion of probation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management & Delivery – Oversee all project stages, from conceptual design to completion, ensuring timely and budget-conscious execution.
- Client Engagement – Maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and ensure expectations are met.
- Compliance & Quality Control – Ensure all work adheres to Australian building codes, regulations, and sustainability guidelines while maintaining high-quality design and documentation.
- Leadership & Collaboration – Lead internal teams, manage relationships with consultants, contractors, and clients, and mentor junior team members to support their professional growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualifications & Registration – Master of Architecture from a recognised tertiary institution and Architectural registration through the Board of Architecture Queensland (or Australian equivalent).
- Design & Technical Expertise – Strong understanding and application of design philosophy, with a passion for delivering high-quality architecture and meticulous attention to detail. – Along with High Level Revit skills.
- Project & Risk Management – Proven experience in design, project coordination, risk mitigation, and budget management from inception to completion.
- Collaboration & Leadership – Effective teamwork skills and experience in delivering quality service to clients, along with strong leadership abilities to guide teams.
- Quality Assurance Knowledge – Understanding of Quality Assurance systems and their application in architectural practice.
- Communication & Decision-Making – Clear, professional, and articulate communication, with the ability to make sound decisions, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines.
