Cold Display Solutions is a fast-growing national provider of commercial refrigeration and hire equipment. We’re looking for a proactive and organised Customer Service & Operations Coordinator to help drive excellence across customer support, internal logistics, and multi-site operations.

 

This is a newly created role, introduced as part of a broader restructure to improve service delivery, warehouse coordination, and operational efficiency across the business. It reflects our evolving needs and commitment to streamlining how we serve customers nationally.

Key Responsibilities
●    Be the first point of contact for inbound customer and equipment hire enquiries
●    Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment
●    Manage booking schedules, generate quotes, and prepare delivery paperwork
●    Oversee dispatch workflows across both internal CDS trucks and third-party freight providers
●    Communicate with carriers to confirm deliveries and proactively resolve transport issues
●    Maintain a high standard of service across phone, email, and CRM platforms
●    Upsell value-added services and improve overall customer engagement
●    Travel interstate (up to 4 times per year) for warehouse visits or industry events (all expenses covered)

 

What You’ll Bring
●    Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
●    Strong attention to detail and organisational capabilities
●    Experience in customer service, dispatch, or logistics coordination
●    Familiarity with internal fleet and third-party freight management
●    Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/order systems
●    A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
