About the Role:

We’re looking for a professional with an enthusiastic personality to join the TEAM. You will be responsible for looking after customers enquiring about products ensuring they have the right information to make decisions and place their order.

This is a busy and fast paced role where you will be managing multiple new job enquiries and orders EVERY DAY – so, you will be multi-tasking and tracking to stay on top of your orders across the full process cycle.

You will draw on your proactive approach, attention to detail and natural engagement and interpersonal skills to help clients meet their outcomes.

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is process driven, enjoys interpreting and providing information, and has a natural eye for detail. 

 

Your skills and experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role - handling product enquiries, quoting, customer follow-up, processing of orders etc.
  • Proficient computer skills – MS Word, Excel, Outlook skills are essential (Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Xero will be Highly Regarded).
  • High level communication, customer service and interpersonal skills - Building and maintaining relationships.
  • Enthusiasm and commitment to the efficient processing and conversion of sales orders.
  • Willingness to take ownership of tasks and deliver outcomes on a timely basis - Organised with strong time management skills and understanding of deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and accurate.
  • A positive, energetic and proactive personality – Motivated.
  • Be able to work collaboratively in a team environment – Reliable.
