About the Role
We are on the hunt for the next great team member.   

We’re looking for a super driven person to join our team as a Level 1/Entry level Support Engineer. You'll learn to be hands-on with all our client support, receiving exposer to everything as you will become part of our First Response team delivering initial triage to servers, desktops, networks, you name it as you grow. 

Still studying and have extra capacity, we will even consider someone working towards Graduation and looking for a foot in the door [Cert 3/4, Diploma or Degree] with strong customer service experience (ie retail, hospitality etc) and is the "go to" person for friends and family with their IT issues. 

You'll need a growth mentality and a great can-do attitude, love working directly with people and most importantly be part of a strong team culture…..along with diligence, enthusiasm, willingness to go the extra mile, and desire to contribute and succeed.
