About the Role:
CJC Legal Consulting has an opportunity for a capable, process-driven Administration Assistant to join their small team. The role involves providing end-to-end administration support to submit superannuation claims (TPD, Income Protection, and Death). Responsibilities include liaising with clients and obtaining required authorities and documents, requesting and following up on records and reports from medical practitioners, requesting and following up on financial and employment documentation and general FOI, providing general assistance to the Director as required, and liaising with super funds and insurers.
A mature attitude, systematic approach, and attention to detail are key to success in this role.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience working in a highly process-driven and repetitive environment
- Strong attention to detail with a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple projects at varying stages concurrently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with common sense and initiative
- Ability to take instructions and learn new tasks and processes quickly with a can-do attitude
- Enthusiastic and positive with a strong team and outcome focus
- Strong computer skills across Microsoft Office and CRM/databases
