Our client is a national industry leader in the wholesale supply of commercial office furniture. They offer a fully stocked product range to their Australia wide network of retail customers. 

 

The Role:
Are you an experienced and proactive leader with a strong background in warehouse operations and team management? We’re looking for a Branch / Warehouse Manager to lead and oversee our Eastern Creek operation.

 

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is committed to delivering high-quality service, and can take ownership of the day-to-day management of the branch.

 

Key responsibilities: 
•    Lead and manage the overall operations of the warehouse and branch
•    Supervise staff and contractors to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance
•    Maintain high levels of customer service and support
•    Oversee inventory control, dispatch, and logistics
•    Foster a positive team culture and ensure operational targets are met
•    Ensure adherence to OH&S standards and company policies

 

What We Need from You:
•    Minimum 5 years’ experience managing a state-based operation, branch or similar
•    Proven experience in warehouse and team management
•    Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach
•    Excellent communication and organisational abilities
•    Ability to manage contractors and coordinate logistics efficiently
•    Forklift license is essential
•    Truck license is desirable
