About the Role:
A challenging and rewarding opportunity has become available for an experienced Branch Administrator/ Coordinator to become an integral member of the team. This genuine all-rounder role will work closely with the General Manager, Service Manager and Locksmiths to ensure high quality and efficient job scheduling, record management, customer service, stock purchasing, payment processing, sales reporting and other required operational functions are maintained.
Your positive attitude, flexible approach and exceptional organisation skills will be key to your success, along with your attention to detail, initiative and outcome focus.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys variety and is looking for long-term stability. A challenging and versatile role is offered for the right candidate.
Your skills and experience:
- Demonstrated All-Rounder office administration skills including sales/ order processing & quoting, customer service, record management etc.
- Proven general bookkeeping skills including invoicing, raising purchase orders.
- Experience with stock control and allocation.
- High level of communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with an appreciation for deadlines.
- Well-developed computer skills and an ability to perform accurate and efficient data entry and reports.
- Proven aptitude and willingness to learn the technical aspects of key cutting, locks, safes and security.
- Enthusiasm, commitment and loyalty.
- Positive, friendly and outcome focused.
- Be self-motivated and have the ability to use common sense and initiative.
