About the Role:

This is an exciting Graduate opportunity within Ainslie Group’s small but dynamic Marketing team.

 

The role is ideal for a systems-minded, analytical graduate who enjoys structure, coordination and continuous improvement. You will play a key role behind the scenes — building process clarity, analysing performance data and ensuring marketing initiatives and partnerships are well organised, measurable and aligned to business goals.

 

This is not a creative marketing role. It is a structured, process-driven position suited to someone who enjoys being on top of projects and improving how things work.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document and maintain marketing processes and workflows
  • Identify opportunities to streamline systems and improve efficiency
  • Analyse marketing data to measure results, outcomes and ROI
  • Prepare reporting insights to support decision-making
  • Review and assess high volumes of partnership event proposals
  • Shortlist proposals against defined criteria for approval
  • Coordinate scheduling, logistics and stakeholder communication for approved events
  • Liaise with external partners to ensure smooth execution

 

About You:

You are analytical, structured and naturally organised. You enjoy working with data, refining processes and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

 

You will bring:

  • Recent completion of a relevant degree (Business, Analytics, Commerce or similar)
  • Strong analytical skills with confidence interpreting data
  • High attention to detail and systems thinking capability
  • Excellent organisational and coordination skills
  • Confidence reviewing proposals against structured criteria
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort using a wide range of technology, software and digital platforms
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn emerging tools including AI applications
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
